1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup buttermilk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Line a 12-hole muffin tin with paper liners.
  3. Place the dry ingredients - flour, baking soda, cinnamon, sugar and salt, in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Using a whisk, mix together until well blended.
  5. Whisk together the wet ingredients - oil, eggs and buttermilk, in a separate bowl.
  6. Add the wet ingredients and both mashed and chopped strawberries to the bowl of dry ingredients.
