1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs*
2 tablespoons Italian parsley, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

2 tablespoons fresh basil
½ teaspoon dried oregano
32 oz. can plum tomatoes
Salt and black pepper

  6. Combine the mixture thoroughly using clean hands.
  7. With wet hands, roll 1-tablespoon amounts of mixture into meatballs (about 20).
  8. Place on foil lined baking tray and bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
  9. Add cooked meatballs to marinara sauce and simmer together for another 10 minutes.
