Baked Sweet Potato Fries
Sweet potatoes are much healthier than white
potatoes and loaded with vitamins.
(Serves 4)
Ingredients:
2 large sweet potatoes, peeled
2 tablespoons canola or olive oil
Salt and pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Cut sweet potatoes into 1/2 inch slices,
then cut each slice into 1/2 inch wide strips.
- Place on a large baking sheet and with clean
hands, toss the oil over the potato strips until well covered.
- Arrange the strips on the baking sheet in a
single layer.
- Bake for approx. 30 minutes or until golden
and tender. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
