Sticky Maple Chicken Drumsticks
This recipe may be cooked on the BBQ grill instead.
(Serves 4 - 6)

Ingredients:
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup light brown sugar
1/3 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, peeled and grated

3 pounds chicken drumsticks or wings

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Line a large baking sheet with foil.
  3. In a bowl, blend maple syrup, brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and ginger.
  4. Pour over the chicken and turn to evenly coat with sauce.
  5. Reduce oven to 400 degrees and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, turning once or twice.
