Sticky Maple Chicken Drumsticks
This recipe may be cooked on the
BBQ grill instead.
(Serves 4 - 6)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup light brown sugar
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, peeled and grated
3 pounds chicken drumsticks or wings
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Fahrenheit.
- Line a large baking sheet with foil.
- In a bowl, blend maple syrup, brown
sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and ginger.
- Pour over the chicken and turn to
evenly coat with sauce.
- Reduce oven to 400 degrees and bake
for 30 to 40 minutes, turning once or twice.
