Ham and Cheese Omelet
(Serves 1 - 2)

Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 tablespoon water
1 - 2 slices cooked ham, chopped
1 teaspoon green onion slices, optional
pinch salt and pepper
1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese, grated

1/2 tablespoon butter

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs and milk in small bowl with fork until well blended. Add ham, onion, salt and pepper; mix well.

  2. Melt butter in a 8 inch non-stick skillet over medium heat. When butter stops foaming ,pour egg mixture into skillet.

  3. Wait a few seconds until the bottom starts to set, then using a fork or spatula, stir the mixture, pulling the cooked egg from the around the edges towards the middle, allowing any uncooked egg to run to the edge of the pan.

  4. Continue cooking until the bottom starts to brown, then sprinkle cheese evenly onto the omelet.
