Chocolate Cranberry Blondies
A blondie is a vanilla flavored brownie.

Ingredients:

3/4 cup butter, melted
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, stir together butter and sugars.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.
  4. Stir in flour and salt, mixing just until no streaks of flour remain, then add cranberries and chocolate chips.
  5. Pour into 8 x 8 inch greased pan and spread evenly with a spatula.
  6. Bake for about 20 - 25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean and the top is
    a light golden brown.
  7. Cool on a wire rack before cutting.
